Harmony is formulated to support normal female physiology during hormonal changes. It includes well-researched western herbs Black cohosh (Cimicifuga) and Vitex agnus-castus, combined with traditional Chinese herbal tonics. The herbs Rehmannia, Paeonia, Dioscorea, Angelica (Dong quai), and Glycyrrhiza provide nourishment and contribute to overall wellbeing. These herbs have been used in Chinese medicine for many years to support women experiencing menopausal and menstrual-related symptoms.

For support with stress and nervous tension, Bupleurum, commonly used in Chinese herbal medicine, is included along with Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin D to help maintain bone health. Calcium and Vitamin D are important nutrients for overall hormonal balance.
